esma veröffentlicht Detailerläuterungen zu UCITS

Die European Securities and Markets Authority (esma) hat Anfang Juli zwei Frage-Antwort-Kataloge zu UCITS-Fonds veröffentlicht. Der Katalog "Notification of UCITS and exchange of information between competent authorities" beantwortet Detailfragen zur Registrierung und den notwendigen Dokumenten, "Risk Measurement and Calculation of Global Exposure and Counterparty Risk for UCITS" behandelt die Themen Hedging, Transparenz bei Leverage, Portfolioregeln und Dachfondsexposure.
